Taxi Stand
Users:
The taxi stand will be located at Gate L for drop-off, pick-up, and for reserved taxis.
Note: You can only order a taxi at Gate L.

Taxi Drivers:
Access via Gate M1 from RD50.

• From Paris: Take exit 4bis on the A1 highway.
• From Charles de Gaulle Airport:
• In the morning until 3:00 PM: Take exit 5, then access via Gate M1 (passing in front of Gate M).
• In the afternoon from 3:00 PM: Take RN17, RN2, then RD50 (or follow the Police instructions from exit 5).

VTC and Motorcycle Taxis:
For VTCs, the only authorized drop-off point is in front of Gate O.

Proof of participation for the event fare:

At any time during their journey, passengers must be able to provide proof of using the discounted AIR France KLM Global Meetings & Events fares by presenting proof of participation in the event. You will automatically receive this document when booking your ticket through the online reservation system.

At the Paris Air Show, we believe everyone should enjoy the event to its fullest. That’s why we’ve set up a dedicated assistance program for visitors with reduced mobility (PRM) and people with disabilities.

Free cloakrooms are available from 6:30 AM to 7:00 PM at Gates L and O.
Please note that all items must be collected each evening, as no overnight storage is provided.

Lost & Found

Report any lost item via the Peek’In app. If your item is found, Alexandre or Léonie will contact you to arrange its return.

Found an item? Please hand it in at one of the 8 information points, the main reception desks, or to any staff member. It will be registered and matched with any reported loss.
