The association Elles Bougent will welcome school groups for a full, inspiring program designed to introduce them to careers in aerospace. It includes exclusive visits of the Air Show, discovery of partner companies and schools, immersion in the Avion des Métiers and Paris Air Lab, meetings with mentors (female engineers and technicians), and aerial demonstrations. This initiative promotes gender diversity in aerospace professions by helping young girls explore the variety of careers, technological innovations, and opportunities in the sector — aiming to spark vocations. ![]() | Awards Ceremony – Middle and High School Contest For registered girls only. Objective: to inspire young girls with a passion for careers in aerospace and aviation. 130 girls from grades 8 to 10 across 16 schools and 16 companies took part in a competition producing a newspaper and video on gender diversity in aerospace. The awards ceremony will be hosted by journalist Frédérique Bedos, with representatives from participating companies and industry federations in attendance. It features portraits of ten women who were either pilots, engineers, or both. It highlights their achievements, resilience, and determination to overcome obstacles and make their mark in a male-dominated field.
