All Day – “Elles bougent” Mentoring Tour
Event reserved for participating middle and high school girls
The “Elles bougent” association will guide school groups through a full and inspiring program designed to help them discover the wide range of careers in the aerospace industry. Activities include: an exclusive visit of the Air Show, discovery of partner company and school booths, immersion in the Airplane of Careers and the Paris Air Lab, meetings with mentors—engineers and technicians actively involved in the association—and aerial demonstrations.
This initiative aims to promote gender diversity in aerospace careers by allowing young girls to explore the sector’s wide array of professions and opportunities, discover the latest technological innovations and developments, and inspire future vocations.

All Day – Tour of the Air Show
130 girls, from 8th to 10th grade and coming from 16 schools across France, along with 16 partner companies, took part in a competition aimed at promoting gender diversity in the aerospace, aviation, and airport sectors (the “3As”).
The award ceremony will be hosted by journalist Frédérique Bedos, in the presence of representatives from the participating companies and professional federations. The event is held under the patronage of influencer Elodie Brunot, also known as Passion Aero.
The goal of the competition is to inspire young girls with a passion for careers in aerospace and space, aviation, and airport operations. Out of the 16 competing teams, only 7 have reached the finals.
