This legal information applies to any person (hereafter "Site user") visiting the www.siae.fr website (hereafter the "Website"). This legal information may be modified without notice at any time. SIAE cannot be held responsible for any consequences such changes may have.

This Website belongs to and is operated by SIAE. None of the elements of which the website is composed may be copied, reproduced or modified, either in whole or in part, in any way at all, via any media whatsoever, without prior written authorisation from SIAE, except as provided for by current legislation.
SIAE reserves the right to bring proceedings in respect of any infringement of its intellectual property rights.

SIAE may collect two types of data provided by Website users. A description of this data and the way it is processed is set out below:
 

Financial Information

Information relating to payments collected during the registration procedure (for example credit card numbers, names of financial institutions, payment card expiry dates - non-exhaustive list) is termed "Financial Information". This type of information is never passed on, regardless of the circumstances.
 

Professional Information

Data supplied by Site users when communicating with SIAE in a variety of ways is termed "Professional Information". This information is stored and processed for internal use. Professional information includes names, addresses, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail addresses and responses provided on forms. Data recorded during a Site user's visit to the Website are also considered to be professional information and may be stored for internal use. With SIAE's agreement, professional information may be shared with other organisations and SIAE's clients for the purpose of facilitating commercial relations between clients, in the best interests of those client.
 

Cookies

SIAE reserves the right to place a cookie on any computer used to access the Website, for the purpose of recording any information about the way the Site user browsed the Website and in particular information relating to pages viewed and the dates and times when these were viewed.
